It’s now time for my second monthly goals round up, and I have to be honest here and admit I didn’t do so well… *puts head in hands*
BLOG GOALS
BLOG A MINIMUM OF 8 TIMES
Ok, so whilst I only blogged 7 times, it’s better than not blogging at all. February was such a weird month for me, so I blogged what I needed to blog about and nothing else. Now that things have settled down… *touches all the wood* … I will be blogging a lot more in March – I hope you stick around!
PERSONAL GOALS
CARRY ON WITH BEAUTY SPENDING BAN
This is probably the only goal I am doing alright with! Yes, I have been tempted by the Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani lipsticks many, many times this month , but I’ve always had the strength to close the window or empty my basket. *flexes bingo wing* I’ve got a month and a bit to go until the ban ends, and if the UD lipsticks are still available I will definitely be treating myself to one. I think it helps that I am not on a spending ban for anything else. If I had stuck to my book buying ban for example, I would failed miserably and broke both bans. Yay for books!
EXERCISE A LITTLE BIT
Whilst I haven’t been squatting and lunging my way through February, I have been trying my best to walk more. This has been helped considerably by my discovery that my Nintendo 3DS counts my steps, and converts them into PlayCoins I can use in games for extra treats. Even though it’s not quite “exercise”, it’s still better than nothing, isn’t it?
CARRY ON WITH MY NOVEL AGAIN
Nope. This didn’t happen. At all. I had all the intentions of doing so, but every time I went to open the Word document I just couldn’t bring myself to type a single word. I ended up binge watching Parks and Recreation instead. I’ve realised that as much as I want to write a book, I need to stop putting so much pressure on myself to do so. It isn’t going to take me 30 days, nor is my first draft going to be a bestseller with minimal effort . I am going to try a different approach to my novel… but for now I will keep it to myself.
CARRY ON WITH ATTEMPT TO ORGANISE
Would you believe it, it was literally yesterday that I finally turned my attentions to my large beauty stash of make up and toiletries. It felt so GOOD and SATISFYING to throw old stuff away. There were so many unusable ( read: gross and gone-off ) products that I feel ashamed. Thanks to that clearout, I now have a better idea of what I have. I still have a lot of products for just the one face I have, and I definitely won’t be needing to replacement anything any time soon , but it does feel good to have less of it though. Next stop, the wardrobe!
Did you set yourself any goals last month? How did you do?

You set some good goals! I need to take a leaf out of your book I think. Good work on completing some of your goals hehe x
You should! Setting goals is fun <3
Congrats on achieving some of your goals! Hey, some are better than none :)
I did absolutely poop at mine – I don’t know why I bothered, ha!
