I honestly need more beauty products like I need a hole in the head…. buuuut when Jane from British Beauty Blogger whips up another box of goodness well… where’s my PayPal password? This post is a bit redundant considering I haven’t tried anything yet, and the box sold out in something ridiculously amazing like 5 hours so even if you do like it… well perhaps subscribe to Jane’s blog by email so you are prepared for the next one!
I thought I would do a quick post showing you what I got in the post and what you can expect to see floating around in the future! It is one of my classic filler posts of course!
Let’s start off by coo-ing over this cute sock?! I was thinking of using it as a little coin stocking for the rogue pennies in my purse, although realistically I think my dog George will nab it somehow!
As I haven’t drove since I passed my test and the likelihood of me owning a car is 0.01%, I should probably pass on the Rituals Car Fragrance to my parents.
Chipping nail polish is unavoidable for me in my office based job, so I’m keen to start using the CND Vinylux nail varnish as it promises a week of wear. Rouge Bunny Rouge is a brand I am completely new to and I’m glad to see I received one of the darker shades of the lipgloss available – go bold or go home! Urban Decay eyeshadows are always a winner and this one in Zodiac is stunning. Whilst I’ve already tried the Maybelline Rocket mascara (review to come soon actually!) the Bourjois kohl eyeliner is something I have never even heard of. It is double ended; with a kohl on one end and a silver liner to open up the eyes on the other. A quick swatch and both the pencils are soft and creamy – we are on to a winner!
Even though I’m 20 years of age and luckily wrinkle free, I will be using the La Roche Posay Redermic [R] to treat the dark marks on my skin left by my incessant spot picking. This is full size and retails for £28 which is basically what I paid for this entire box.
Everyone loves a good L’Occitane hand cream and this is the third one in my unopened stash. *gulps* The Cleansing Gel and Toner look ideal for travel and they are generous enough to be able to make a judgement on too.
I’m looking forward to giving the Vichy Idealia moisturiser a go as it’s all about brightening the skin – something I need! I have a full size of Hydraluron already so I may pass this mini sample on to my mum for her to try. I love face masks and whilst I’m chuffed with receiving the REN Invisible Pores face mask, I’m eager like a beaver to crack open the Glycolactic Radiance Renewal mask as I have heard SO many good things!
The last few items are brands I haven’t heard of before so they are pushed to the bottom of this post! The Mandara Spa Tropical Blooms Moisturising Bath Milk is something I will probably use all in one go during a long bath session. I may use the Alterna Bamboo Volume 48 Hour Spray for my Christmas party hairdo (if I decide to go any, I’m not feeling it this year!) and I’m not even sure what to do with the Roger & Gallet Huile Sublime!
I decided to leave the Washi Washi face cloth until last as it’s SO CUUUUUTE! All my muslin cloths have seen far better days and the Washi Washi cloth claims to hold heat for longer, making it perfect for cleansing and at home facials.
To summarise, Jane has done yet another amazing job and I cannot wait to get stuck in and start using!

Sounds great Danielle, I had never even heard of this before. Looks like a much better box than so many of them already out there :)
Tagged you in my latest post by the way, it’s a tag!

It’s great, it does make me sad that she doesn’t want to do them all the time :(
I’m typing it up now! :D x
This is such a great variety of products! I’ve been keen to try to the hydraluron! x
It really is, lots to try from :) x
