Even though last month has to be one of the worst months I’ve had for goal-setting, I couldn’t let a little blip in the road put me off setting small monthly goals. Goals keep me focused, regardless of whether I stick to them or not. Here is what I am hoping to achieve in July!
Catch up on what I am currently behind on
It seems that July is going to be a similar month to June, and I won’t be able to dedicate much time to blogging. *sad face* Instead of getting myself worked up in knots about posting every day, or a certain amount each week, I am going to blog when I can, and try to tackle my current backlog. I think this is a good goal to aim for, as I will be tackling two worries (updating my blog and adhering to deadlines) at the same time. I’ve got some great products to share with you all!
Complete GoodReads challenge
My GoodReads challenge for the year was to read 60 books, and I’ve nearly completed it! I would like to dedicate my upcoming victory to my Kindle, I couldn’t have done it without you. Hopefully I can combine this personal goal with my blog goal, and get on top of my book review obligations.
Continue with clear out
Like I said in my June Goals – How Did I Do? post, I think it’s time to bring in the big guns and get my mum involved in the clear out effort. I am confident I’ll be able to make some progress with this goal, as July is the time I really need to crack the whip, and stop making excuses.
Have you set yourself any goals for July?
